I'm not saying ALL cars are like this and you're right, yes there are still exceptions in the Jap car market and even a few in the German ones but the majority of them see luxury as no buttons, many screens and as many different materials to touch as possible no matter what and incohesive design

no quality in those new interiors everything crackles on 100k euro cars if you try to modify it or take it apart every plastic panel shit cracks of how thin it is well spend money 100k to feel like a kid with plastic toy car ("car" design shape included also xd)

I remember when I sat in a new Merc EQE and shut the door. The display car had so many scratches on the piano black plastics inside it was insane and everything I touched creaked and moved waaaay too much cause of the cheap plastic everywhere
