Is access to the equipment in the back needed other than from the top? Or in other words, what is the minimum space required between the back of the tank and a wall? Thanks!

All the equipment is dropped from the top, however we always recommend to leave at least 8cm to the wall to allow access to cords and other fun stuff.

I have a spare Red Sea Reef LED 90 - is it possible to swap the 50 out for the 90 I already have?

The arm is designed for the RL50 which is lighter. The RL90 will work, just find a way to mount it with it's mounting or hanging kit. *the system arrives with RL50 in the kit, you cannot exclude it.

Oh crap, just bought g1 month ago. But i see no changes except the reefmat nano, is it correct? How the sump is different in g1 that it can’t accommodate the reefmat nano? Is the reefled 50 updated? Current one constantly drops program and connection. It’s been a pain since I’ve got it.

The sump is a few mm wider in the G2 to fit the NANO-Mat, the sock compartment also is removable. It still comes with the RL50. Reach us over the support form and let's try to find out the cause to your connectivity issues.
