Australian Army had 6x6 Unimog Wreckers back in the 90s.

How big a living area can you stick on the unimog with 4 door cabin?

As this is a 6x6 it would still be able to get approx. a 6 metre body on it even with the dual cab. On a 4x4 dual cab you are limited to 3.85m in body length.
