TRIVIA: *"Chechclear" is a term used to designate a territory that was dominated by the rebels, a codename of war. However, this clip was part of a vlog by Chechen rebels that was sold at markets in Grozny. The VHS contained training, weapons maintenance and even snuff films.* *The knife used is a huge custom M9 bayonet.* *This hunting knife has a small serrated side (which u can't see clearly due to the quality) and at the tip there's a small hole to give the blade more grip. After the piercing he tries to scream but his jaw is locked by the vocal cords, so the scream comes out through the wound itself: it's sinister (he kept his mouth locked during the whole process).* *The victim has one of his teeth missing in the lower part (under the mouth). There're also signs of aggression on the young man's head and face, he's soaked (as if he had been thrown into a nearby river). The winter temperature in U.Martan is below zero, with a wet body it drops to around minus 10° : it seemed to be a cold morning and they were in a forest, just the fact that he was placed on the floor In these conditions it's already torture (the snow burns his face at one point).* *The method used is similar to a human sacrifice: the victim had his hands tied behind his back and tied to a stake in the ground, one leg was tied to a bush and the other foot was tied separately (in such a way that he could struggle but not escaped). He wears a white hood that has a black line inside and the executioner wears a black blouse with red lines up the sleeves (including a digital watch), a pair of big black military boots (it's the same outfit he wore on his uncle's birthday, Arbi Barayev).* *In the 2000 Chechen war encyclopedia (white-book) there's the VHS version in slides, also in a Russian article and according to one of the hostages called Magomed: the victim is a civilian from Beslan called Andrey Tedyev in his prime 24 years old, There're reports of people having great meals together during captivity.* *The killer is an addicted teenager called: Movsar Barayev (who died 4 years later with an intact bottle of cognac in his hand) and videos like this were part of "training" carried out by his uncle to enable him to be his successor in oil smuggling, kidnappings and murders. (later Movsar was promoted to leader of the group called Special Purpose Islamic Regiment)* *however, in the VHS version that was televised in 1999 on some Bulgarian channel, the vlog was 17 minutes long, which was edited to 5 minutes and from this excerpt the part that became famous was clipped: but originally it implied that the context of the execution was not military and the victim is not a soldier at all!* *Everything seems more like a war between gangs and you can hear someone speaking in Dutch in the background (as if this group had some kind of translator who talked about the camera being muddy, so the cameraman could clean it) and everything was related to international gangs, lonely sharks-type person, due to the two's clothing: and it was all just a warning to the world like the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs.* I never forgot his face, the last moments of someone who smiled, had dreams and loved ppl. He reminds me a lot of the actor Edward Norton when he was young, this's definitely the bad ending..

I watched this more than 20 years ago, for many years it was speculated who's killed and who's the killer. *Everything indicates that this video is related to the kidnapping and murder of 4 foreign engineers in 1998 (between the two Chechen-Russian wars). In a place called urus-martan, near a river. At that time there were several gangs that smuggled oil, extorted and kidnapped.* *One of the most feared groups were the Barayevs (led by the well-known warlord Arbi Barayev and his nephew) the young man killed in the video is not a soldier, he was a 24 year old civilian from Beslan named Andrei Tediyev. He and his girlfriend Natasha were kidnapped by the Barayevs (who were part of the Chechen rebels). Andrei was held hostage for months and had his death filmed and shown to the other hostages, all of whom were killed in the Russian winter of 1998. The victim's girlfriend never was found, the most accurate information is that the young man with his throat cut was a gangster who also smuggled oil but was caught by a bigger gang.* The killer's a teenager called Movsar Barayev who died 4 years later in a theater in Russia (curiously he died on his birthday in 2002) everyone involved in this is dead!

But at the end of the day not everybody has the stomach to watch it and actually realize this shit is really happening. I've seen my fair share of this cruel reality as I lived in south central America as a little ninô "kid" a seeing that my mother took us out of there. It's just sad. For years, I have always wondered who was killed and who killed in this video. There are many sources indicating that the murderer's name is Salauttin Temirbulatov. The name of the person killed appears under two names. The first one is Yevgeny Rodionot and the second one is Aleksei Scherbaytk. This video contains incredible information. Here are the real names; Killer Movzar Barayev is Arbi Barayev's nephew. The person killed was Andrey Tediyev.

I know it’s been covered before, but it would be appreciated if you cover the 1999 Dagestan massacre. Most of the KZbinrs who covered it missed the most important and obvious detail of the backstory. Seems like it got lost in translation and most people assume the conscripts were foolish for not leaving the village when they were “offered a chance”. If im being honest, i think the commander was just a serial killer who was given an apparently legitimate outlet for his psychopathy, much like the cameraman I recommend a podcast by jocko willink where he talks about the book called a soldier’s war, which was written by a conscript who was deployed to the 1st and 2nd chechen war, it truly highlights the brutal truth of war

I think that is disrespectful to the conscripts who didn’t ask to get dragged to the war. The Chechen-Russia war was almost kept secret because in the 90s there was no social media to show the invasion as it was happening, just look at how many people will be surprised if you tell them the Ukraine invasion actually began in 2014.

I am familiar with who you are speaking of. He is a different person than the reported victim. Arbi is wearing a watch, but the face is slimmer & golden, not silvery. There is a close up shot of it in his birthday video as he enters & walks past the camera.

I can only listen to stories about what's happening in the videos because if i imagine it , it's not so gruesome and disturbing for me without seeing the video, which is good because I can't watch gore . I really love horror movies since i'm a kid but that shit is just on another level , expecially when you know that it's real . 2 years ago my brother showed me a video from Hoodsite where a pig get thrown into a big metal shredder and that disturbed me so hard when i saw what happened with the pig , cause i kept thinking what is if somebody fall in there on accident . After that my brother showed me a video of a terrorist group where a young guy prays and they behead him , holding his head to the camera and put the head on his back ( RIP may allah grant him paradise ) . That video actually changed my life . I lived in a rainbow and unicorn world thinking that people who kill are just psycho and don't know what they are actually doing , but these gore videos show you that people know exactly what they are doing . I couldn't even think of it , that there are people out there who are able to do this for fun , out of boredom or even get sexually aroused by this . Gruesome world we live in .

Thousands. For the same reasons you are interested. Except back when i started, there wasnt anyone talking about these things. Seeing the gore tapes in my uncles video store growing up may have made me extra curious. Because i started by collecting gore vhs tapes, i got used to showing people stuff in that format, so i would always download everything to compile & show my friends. Sort of like the gore mixtapes people make now, but this was before youtube. & they were not made to shock, but to educate. I didnt really have any way to share them online. I uploaded 1 of them to an obscure torrent site called tracker3 long ago, but the rest remain unreleased. I still have all the gore videos & images i ever downloaded, all the way back to the late 90's. I knew if i ever lost them, i might not be able to show anyone else. My next video will be the most educational video about gore ever made. Nothing close to it exists. Comments like yours give me motivation, & make me feel like my efforts will be appreciated. That's the whole point! describing what's on these vids in detail so people who can't handle watching can get to grips with what really goes on. Morbid curiosity is in us all some people only go as far as rubber necking when they drive past an accident but others seek more. Trying to wrap your head around the thinking of these guys who carry out brutal torture and murder so easily boggles the mind. Also it's amazing how much the human body can endure some people find that side of it interesting.

I listen to Mr ballen at night in bed, sometimes the audio recordings or his descriptions of scary shit makes my mind race and I'm lying there with goosebumps. But I dare say if the titles of these gore vids intrigued you enough to be watching them on KZbin then you are already half way there with the morbid curiosity so it's either hear the details or seek out the videos yourself. People like shrouded hand, plagued moth and disturban are doing these people a favour watching the vids and describing what's happening saves people the trauma of actually seeking out the videos themselves, I just didn't like the comment saying he was sick. Anyhow I'm not here to argue with you I watched your video and I liked it, just don't agree with people calling others sick for describing a gore video. I'm 40 year old with a 3 year old daughter and 10 year old step son, Im a builder, into motox and extreme sorts, I would just describe myself as the average guy. I was born in the 80s raved in the 90s and early 2000s, done lots of amphetamines, extasy and acid every weekend for ten years every weekend which has took it's toll later in life anxiety, sleep paralysis etc, seen some mad shit throughout my time and should definitely stay away from gore but I've become used to it. I grew up without mobile phones and was very late starting with technology only 8 years ago. I was on Facebook somone post a video of a guy cut in half by a train, I clicked on the link ended up on bestgore didn't even know such sites existed, first video was a black guy getting melted plastic dripped all over him and another guy running around on flames. I couldn't believe what I was seeing my heart was racing and I found myself holding my breath throughout each video. I still kept scrolling though and the worse the videos got the more adrenaline rushed through me, I felt rage towards the people doing the torture I wanted to smash the house up, all these crazy emotions felt sad, shocked, angry, scared but I still kept scrolling through. Like I said this was 8 years ago when bestgore was proper and Mark marek would take a lot of time doing research about each case rather than just posting vids of gore without the back story. I was intrigued to find out what the Person did to deserve being tortured, there names, where it was and what cartel did the killing. I would watch the eyes of the people about to be murdered wondering what was going through there mind, why aren't they fighting to escape, how are they not blacking out from the pain. The comments section was full of people from all walks of life, one doctor would describe exactly what nerves are in each part of the body, how much pain they would be feeling and the different stages of shock. Near the end our body releases massive amounts of dmt from the pineal gland so you enter a state of euphoria, stop feeling pain and pass on to wherever the soul goes next after life. I found this lady interesting and it gives you some peace to know they aren't suffering after a certain stage. Some of the people in the comments would talk about being aroused by the blood and make jokes, they are either sick or probably just teens trying to be edgy.
