Good choices. Personally, for my Goat Control Deck, I have D.D. Warrior Lady since she's a Light, searchable with Sangan, and she doesn't care about point values. My other choice is one that wasn't discussed... Mystic Swordsman Lv. 2. Yep. Why? Well, he's 900 ATK so Sangan can search him. Also, and far more importantly, his effect instantly destroys any face-down defense monster on the board, which to me, is far more valuable than just wiping out Goat tokens. Granted, I side Asura Priest since it's very good against recruiters and just attacks everything recruited by Angel, Tomato, Rat etc., on top of being a Light monster giving it value as BLS fodder should it ever go to the graveyard. I was actually torn between MSLv2 and Asura Priest, but ultimately went with the former since I can hit face-downs with no fear, and not letting Faith, Merchant, Jars, Assailants, Dekoichis, Mimics, or Gravekeeper's go off is worth a ton in my mind.

Yeah you’re right about nyan nyan. Played you in the 04 and you had her. I was the guy who won the one 04 tournament with the modified spell economics ftk for 04 with 3x dmoc. And everyone got upset and it got banned for the tournaments after that. Lol Scrubbed out it the goat tournament though was playing Gatling turbo 😂 just for fun though.

i have always wonder what if the tgc community accept cards that were playable in goat format but in the ocg, that would be very interesting, you can play cards like the three original gadgets, exarion or the tricky, i know that this idea sounds crazy but why not give a try?

I've tried this. there are definitely interesting cards in OCG back in 2005, like Magical Dimension, Foolish Burial, Metal Reflect Slime and the Tricky. CCV is brutally broken, though 😂 I think one of reason why it's not done because it's will be pretty hard and took pretty long time to lists ocg exclusive cards of that era. OCG got so many packs that predates even SDK and SDY

Exarion universe really is a good card with the D.D running around i don't see y the universe has to leave i guess goat format don't have drillroid but i think yall do have the first grandmaster light ninja who pops face up defense position monsters sad slate seem like best choice tho that that ability to weaken is really good

I feel like a good replacement for exarion would be cyber dragon. Some people made disagree with me on this, but cyber dragon IS a legeal goat format card as its first release date was August 6th, 2005 in the set Cybernetic Revolution and seeing as goat format was played April-September of 2005 that means that Cyber Dragon was legal during the time. The release of Cybernetic Revolution is considered to be the end of "Goat Format" precisely because of the release of Cyber Dragon. Goat format existed in Aug 05 but doesn't come and go with the banlist cycle of that time.

I think Exarion would be cool in Goat format, but the reason why cybernetic revolution is not included is because Cyber Dragon changed the way the game is played completely. The format would be unrecognizable and would revolve around it.

I was running two, so I replaced it with a third Newdoria and a Double Coston because I'm running all dark monster and it has a decent attack.
