Mental health is one of the biggest things God and I have been working on together and is also something he cares about as well. He wants us to not worry, and to be joyful so thank you for bringing light to this topic :)

Thank you all so much! You are really onto something here-it jumps out at me that you are “doing life together” (something you hear a lot about these days but is not as easily seen demonstrated or lived out). Thank you for the authenticity of sharing things about your lives and the things that have helped you to deal with struggles in your own mental health pursuit. I am very glad to hear these insights about how important it is to hear feelings (ofcourse as well as express them) and to put perspective on them so that they can be handled “better” and more appropriately in different ways💞😁🙌🏽🎁❗️
