Identify and describe common abnormalities of the small bowel mesentery and their relation to small bowel pathology
Summary:
Use the mesentery to alert you to small bowel abnormalities
Abnormalities in the mesentery often point to, or radiated from the nidus of pathology: Adhesion, Twist, Tumor, Inflamed bowel loops
Increasing mesenteric stranding and interloop fluid indicate increasing severity of the pathology

So I have a (misty mesentery) with multiple scattered mesenteric lymph nodes measuring up to 1.5 cm found on multiple ct scans. I also have a ggt level 5x the normal limit and liver problems have been ruled out. Could this be caused by a lymphoma of some kind? The lymph nodes have been chronically swollen since 2017
