The way you do this is by performing a RAR dair, or reverse aerial rush dair. There are a lot of resources for this on youtube, but I think Juggleboy's 3 minute guide on RARs efficiently sums up everything you need to know about it.

Great guide, however it's not specified, how true are they? they're easier on characters with a frame 4 airdodge, but are they ever true?

They are usually true at around 30% or so, on most of the roster. However, keep in mind that there's generally less combo starters you can use at that point What makes this combo work is that even though the bridge isn't always frametight true, the opponent's escape options (which are usually frame 2, 3, or slower) means you have just enough time to connect another aerial and continue the combo.

Question dear Meta Knight players. When I (an Inlkling main who wants MK as a secondary) try to perform a bridge combo, I successfully do the RAR Dair, but then I turn back when I jump in the air. How do you keep facing backwards when jumping with a character who has 5 jumps?

you have to perform an aerial simultaneously with double jump. This will allow you to maintain facing backwards.
