Another way to break up the walls would be to add pixel art to the walls. The NYC subway stations often have mosaic pictures associated with the stop. For example, at the stop for the Natural History Museum there are mosaics of dinosaurs and other animals.

They do a similar thing on the London Underground. What would be cool is if they were behind light grey glass to indicate that the titles haven't been washed in awhile from the train/ tube dust that gets brought in via the tunnels. I am hoping there are camp fires for smoke and silverfish for rats.

the elevator in the subway…put a chain across it width out of order sign (and run down side of town anyway) and a flowerpot with sapling next to the bench

You could do a yellow, red, green or blue line in de wall. Indicating those subway lines on the maps. So you know what ‘line’ your are following. Gives Some needed color also.

Perhaps remove one of the slabs along the walls creating a one slab gap then place a frog-light behind to dictate a line on the metro purple yellow and green lines depending on where you are in the map this could eliminate the need to lighting in the floor and create a cool steam punky vibe.

Im sorry i havent been able to keep up with hermits as much as i like and i dont have time to watch the stream but is this a functioning metro that will go from different parts of the city to others? That would be amazing and with the brainiacs on the server it should be very doable. It could even be like a teleporter to random places in the city. Run down underground rail system with some flickering lights like a city like this would have would be very fitting.

Actually, the city is like a minigame, and the subway will be a game inspired by MCC ace race, as far as I know it won't connect to other parts of the city

@@alliyanasgalaxies that's too bad. I think having an underground rail system would be a great edition to what they're doing. I know the city is supposed to be some type of mini game I was just hoping a functioning subway system was in the plan I guess. An old functioning underground cyberpunk subway system just feels so fitting. I'm sure what they have planned will be amazing though. Hermits never fall short on these things. Absolute legends.
