This guy has been arrested for various scams and fraudulence. He even tried to sue his ex-wife's stepfather for as much as he could after trying to sue her just for money failed. She had texts that proved that he was stalking and harassing her and even threatened to kill himself when she first informed him that she wanted a divorce. So, although I'm not on either of their sides due to nothing being confirmed yet, it's definitely odd.

Lawsuits like this one bring safe working conditions and workplace toxicity into question. It’s always possible that the company is toxic af and protecting their star actress. But if there were over 100 people on set, some of them were prob temp employees or union protected, so they could have reported bad stuff without too much fear of retribution. But with how personal injury lawyers spawn out of thin air and the US economy is not ok, I understand how there is doubt in good faith from the coworkers.

So, in this instance, the supposed victim should have raised an alarm earlier, should have told everyone at the time, isn’t to be believed or trusted if he claims he *did* take action and must be judged by prior actions or claims? Interesting take. Sounds a lot like victim blaming… and a bit of a double standard, given how often we are told that we must believe allegations coming from certain types of people, that questioning those allegations is hateful and bigoted behavior, and when those allegations are found to be false, that it doesn’t matter if they were lies, because they *could* have been true.
