It still amazes me that we haven't seen a player as fluid, creative, and graceful as MJ... It was like poetry in motion and a thing a beauty. Even if another player comes along and breaks all his records, wins more chips, accumulates more accolades, and is better on every statistical and analytical measurement possible (LBJ & Kobe are not), I don't think they'll be as enjoyable to watch as MJ was.
@williamkoscielniak78712 жыл бұрын
Jordan was doing things in the 80's that we still haven't seen players do today, and he was a full blown Super Star a month into his NBA career because nobody had seen anything remotely like what he was doing before. His body control, hang time, big hands, and english off the glass were otherworldly. And what's so remarkable about him is that by the time he came back from his first retirement he had completely altered his game and become one of the deadliest mid range shooters ever. He came into the league playing like a souped up Elgin Baylor and exited the game playing like Baylor's teammate, Jerry West. He was the best scorer on the planet by primarily flying to the basket, and then he remained the best scorer on the planet by primarily shooting jump shots. That's just incredible.
@anthonyfreeman83292 жыл бұрын
I mean we still looking for someone that looks like Jordan. Kobe was the closest.
@redhotmamakennels77382 жыл бұрын
MJ was more efficient from the midrange before his retirement that’s why it’s so amazing he left a pro sport in his prime twice and came back to dominate a pro sport

I watched most of his games. He was the Baryshnikov of basketball and maybe all sports. Scoring, winning and dominating was his thing but he was also aesthetically pleasing like a dancer capturing your eyes and soul like a comet. You knew it was rare as you were watching and it was the most beautiful thing you'd ever seen on a basketball court.

You are right, Mike and Misha are the best ever in what they do. Same names, lol. Both have an incredible grace in movements and excellent body control in the midair. BTW, I like ballet very much, as well as bball.

A Lot Of Young Fans, And Some Old Too, Ignore That M.J. introduce Himself To The NBA. Before Playing A Single Game in The NBA...H😱W? i Tell You, in 1984 The USA Olímpic Básquetball Team That Jordan Was Part Of Them, With Only College Players....Also Was Chris Mullin, Patrick Ewing, Sam Perkins,Vern Fleming,Etc, Etc. The Head Coach Was The Legend Bobby Knight. One Month Before The Olímpics Games Start, USA Básqueball Prepared A 8 Games Práctice Schedule Against An All Star NBA Team....For The Young US Team Can Be Ready To Play in The Olímpic Games, Here Some Of The NBA Players, 👉 MAGIC, BIRD, ISAIAH, NANCE, DAVIS, ENGLISH, MC HALE. PARRISH, WALTON,Etc, Etc, Etc. Against Those College Kids, What An Abuse....👉 I DON'T THINK SO. THE Kids Started Winning The First One, Mmmm, Not Big Deal. That Was a Lucky Game...Game #2 Came Same Result Mmmm This Time The NBA Started Talking About Who's This Kid That Kill US The First 2 Games Together With Ewing That Also Look Ready For The NBA Like Mike, A Reporter Said To One Of The Star Player....The Kid is Michael Jordan... College Player Of The Year. Oh Yeah, But Tomorrow We Going To Stop Him, You Going To See...and They Won The Last Game Yesterday. Now, it's Our Turn, We Going To Show Those College Kids, Who We Really Are, Specially That Kid Jordan Game #3 Came and they Loss Again And This Time Jordan Put A Clínic Of Slam Dunks, Stealing Balls Blocking Shots, Etc, Etc....And He Put 26 Points...At That Time The NBA Stars Felt HUMILIATED By Those College Kids.... The Head Coach Decide That They Going To Double Team M.J. And When He Try The Penetrations They Going To Hard Foul Him,,,,,,Doing That He Going To Taste A Real NBA Hard Foul, And He's Going To Think Twice Before Peneatred Again....Some Said That Someone Came To Bobby Knight The Head Coach For The Olímpic Team, And Spoke To Him About The Plan To SHUTDOWN M.J. Cause He's Making The NBA Stars Looks Silly.....Oh Alright, Thank You For The INFORMATIÓN, Knight Responde And Left,,, Game #4 Started And Look Same Like The Others Games The Kids On Top, Until, M.J. STEAL The 🏀 He Going To The Rim Boom They Hack Jordan With a Hard Foul. Bobby Knight Came Like a Madman And Went Straight To The NBA Stars Bench, Wanted TO Fight The Stars Head Coach For Trying To Mess M.J's Career, Sending Players To Hack And Flagrant Foul Jordan...Like You See (The Jordan's Rules)Already Started Well Before The Pistons Applied To Him in 1989, in The ECF Playoff.....To Make The Story Short The College Kids With His Star Michael Jordan Beat The NBA All Stars All 8 Games, A SHAME TO THE NBA STARS, 0 - 8 And Mike Was Like Always Did in The Pro The Máster Killer....Like U SEE M.J. Has a Bull Eye in His Back Before Playing A Game in The NBA...Cause He Show To All Those NBA Stars Magic, Bird, isaiah, Mc Hale, Parrish Etc,Etc. That in 5 Months He Would Be Drafted To The NBA, And Like He Said To Magic And Bird in 1992, in One Práctice Of The Dream Team.... ( Hey guys it's a new Sheriff in Town) True Story........Oh Almost Forgot The Olímpic Team With Jordan And Ewing Went To Win The Gold Medal in Those 1984 Olímpic Games in L.A Go Check The Videos, But is Not a Bunch Of Them Out There in KZbin... Maybe a Few. But it's Worth it Found a Few, To See The Greatness Of The Young G🏀AT Against Already NBA Champions And Super Stars Magic, Bird, isaiah Parrish, Mc Hale, Walton.Etc,Etc...✍🏽
