They could've done better, For example for his origin. he was held captive only to watch steamboat Willy day by day as to be driven insane for the snuff film preparations, he eventually escapes and brutally injurs his kidnapper which in turn made it seem like the roles were reversed when the police came. He sent his time in prison as steamboat willy constantly played in the back of his mind, he breaks and eventually escapes via a use of a prison riot and aims to kill the kidnapper and everyone they loved in a makeshift costume they made from milk gallons and bloody rat pelts. He can be seen walking through the streets in the city where his next victims live all the while whistling that tune and planing to kill his kidnapper last for ruining his life.
