We are gonna take some time to break down "the mid-section" and try to teach these muscles to recruit in order to lift the weight of other body parts. We will also go through a few variations of what I call the "push up series" with some standing poses in between. Our hope is to get the body moving out of that heavier energy of Late Winter and see if we can get up off of our tushies and out of doldrums. Hopefully anyway :-)
