20:40 i really want to know about that topic, i think that will work for me in future. And another thing is the government jobs don't pay you 2L + unless you're officer or high in ladder. And in corporates you really need high lvl experience to earn that much money, even the uni graduate starting package is 3-4L epr annum. 😐 My big sister is in teaching department and she earn about 65k/m after the taxes and she gifted me n160 on diwali just because i promised her to give a brand new c segment Sedan 😂. Thats my motivation to study hard.

I think the more feasible way to use this EMI option is to know how much you can afford as EMI per month and include the maintenance of the bike as well in it too. And if that amount one can pay without stressing his/her daily day to day living expenses only then one should go for it. That way one can enjoy the bike as well instead of only paying the EMI.

That’s why I said in the video your EMI and maintenance should not exceed more than 30% of your salary. And have multiple income sources so if anything goes off the track you can still manage 😊

Even If you can buy a superbike at full payment, still do down payment by credit card and make an sip of the remaining amount, then you can pay your monthly instalments of your loan and you will still earn 1-2% interest on top of that.

but wht abt the interest rate on the loan if that's greater than the sip interest rate amount is it worth it plus sip's don't pay much in short term. I think if you have cash in hand then you should just pay the full price.

Better way is not to go for EMI in the first place. Wait earn and buy in cash. Delayed Gratification gives more happiness than instant gratification 😊

Better approach is start learning from others who’ve made it, read books, apply those lessons find what you can really do with your time over the period of next 3 to 4 years, see how you’re taking your decisions, analyse those decisions. That’s the path. Your life is yours, own it first, accept yourself as you are and then go on to create a life for your self 😊

Dude 21.5 lakh ki bike pe 20 lakh kaa loan? Where is that 20% Downpayment rule? Also everyone, make it a rule to pay 50% amount as a downpayment for all your shauk. Agar saara hi loan karwaaogey then it is a chutiyappa. So, Wait 1 or 2 years, collect some downpayment and then buy the bike. Comfortably 1.5 lakh per month after taxes mein bhi manage ho jaayega agar 5-6 lacs downpayment kari toh. Been there, done that comfortably.

Happy for you, but not everyone thinks like you. We live in world of unlimited possibilities and I’ve seen many people doing less down payment and going for maximum loan amount as I said in the video check the link in description do your own calculations for yourself. How much you can pay for what period. I just showed you an as an example how much it needs to comfortably afford a bike. Bike is not the only thing in your life. As far as I remember you’ve done IIT right to secure good salary job now tell me how many people can really find job like this? Even I tired to get admission in IIT, didn’t made it. But here I’m still having things I dream of.

Bike hame kama kar nahi de rahi kahin se bhi until you are so popular vlogger like mumbaikarnikhil❤ I am a software developer right now always dreamt of owning a bike of myself and i did it last year duke 390 gen 3 ! For 6 monts i did not do any extra expense and nothing just saved and saved and ate cheaper food and somehow collected 3.80L and bought it in single paument cuz mujhe 40k had to pay interest bhai showroom me finance wale ka chehra latak gaya tha kyuki i told him that i will pay 50% down and rest emi for 6 months but i surprised him and he tried to convince me that it will save but i was ki naa bhai na kisi aur ko chutiya banao ! I am so proud of myself ki i am owning it well and maintained and will keep it for life time next thing i am planning big and better ! Abhi superbikes nahi chahiye ! I want it but india me sense nahi banta first i will build up my career better !
