Hood is my favorite and most played ship in the game. Love her. That being said she could use a bit of a buff because i dont believe she has BC dispersion but instead BB dispersion. Shame because she would be much more appreciated if she had the updated dispersion. Thank you for putting a spotlightvon my favorite ship Spartan!

The Hood is one of my favorite ships in WOWS PC. And it's underrated over there, too. People knock it for the low AP pen but it's consistent if you aim right and don't try to cit BBs at range. The AP works in your favor with cruisers - fewer overpens. And it's accurate for T7. However, Hood PC version has DFAA and can knock down a lot of planes.

Yeah Wish we could get DFAA on console for some ships especially our Tier 6s who just get brutalized by the new carrier update

It would be fun if this game had accurate penetration values for guns to better simulate actual naval combat. I always found it silly that in some cases 32mm of hull plating will deflect a 16 inch shell and other times it will pass a 12 inch armor belt like a hot knife through butter.

I’ve found that if I’m getting shit RNG on multiple ships, I log out and log back in and it usually fixes it. It’s like the game rolls a dice when you login, and sometimes it’s awesome, sometimes it’s average and sometimes is god awful 🤷🏻‍♂️

At short range, she is as well armored ass any BB, her deck armor was light. Funny fact, they were going to add deck armor to her and the plates were at the yards but the Bismarck breaking out into the North Sea postponed her refit.

The Hood was an amazing piece of engineering for its time that got a bad roll of the dice. Same thing with Gneisenau and Sharnhourst.both those ships got alot of kills, including a CV. Under ranked
