Kaito is very thin.. The other kids are a little thin, but.. Kaito is too much.. Not everyone will believe it, but Chapter 3 contains sounds and explanations related to the heart. In particular, it is described even when Kaito is down. Kaito was stabbed to death in the heart. If so, you can also understand why other ghosts don't explain the same thing as Kaito. As far as I know, Kaito is very sick and weak. Mihari inherited from Kaito, but Kaito was more seriously ill than Mihari. And Kaito's nervous system is very sensitive and his body is hopelessly weak. Especially the heart. And Mihari has more chances of recovering than expected, but Kaito doesn't at all. Mihari cried every day because she was afraid that Kaito would die early because he was much more sick and worse than her, but Kaito, who did not force himself to endure and show much, was just smiling affectionately to his daughters and saying that he was okay.
