The mind is a powerful tool that we tend to overlook. The midd is so powerful that sometimes I think it's more powerful than brain 🧠 I liked that you used school as an example 😊 me going back to school after 40 was a thing of the mind. I gradually prepared the mind to a certain point before executions. Great topic
