7:10 bit of an unintuitive rules thing here, but - due to how suspend works, it doesn't actually matter who cast the rousing refrain! Once it's exiled with time counters on it, the owner will always be the one to remove the counters & recast it, even if it was another player who did the action. I think neo deserves to be able to cast the refrain for going out like a champ though, lol

@@2tier1776 you're correct - normally, you can only suspend something if you do it from your own hand. However, Rousing refrain (and a few other similar cards) has the instruction "exile this card with three time counters on it", which happens as it resolves. So casting the spell (and resolving it) will also suspend it.

I really dislike the Mindskinner. Both it and Lord of pain from Duskmourn have spoiled my enjoyment of various games from many content creators because of how much it warps the game with very little effort. Most of the time speeding the games up to a point you dont get to see each deck do its thing. And when you watch games its often to see the decks at least play a chunk of their strategy. So for general play i imagine both of these commanders will not ne popular to play against. I think the unblockable is egregious, and is another commander printed with have your cake and eat it. At least make the deckbuilder have to work to get the evasion... Its not that hard in blue.
