Mr. Sir, so nice to hear from you again. Believe it or not I am in the process of re-doing this whole Ming series....Same with the Qing series. Both can use a freshening up and a new recording. I hope you're well Sir.

Hello, I viewed your channel a long time ago, and I remember watching a history of China all the way through the emperors. It was from the very beginning to the last dynasty (I think) but I couldn't find it on your playlist. Could you please link the first episode to me if you still have it uploaded?
@ChinaHistoryPodcast Жыл бұрын
I'll need to update this. Going to work on it this weekend. I have a chronological playlist at mt website: teacup.media/playlists-episodes/the-chronological-history-of-china

Man thanks so much for uploading these. Found them the other day looking for info on the early Chinese dynasties. There isn't a whole lot so finding your stuff was awesome. And it was so good I kept listening lol. And I usually like to have some visuals but for some reason it's very easy to listen to you.
@ChinaHistoryPodcast3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, sorry for the lack of visuals...The China History Podcast is sort of an audio only program. But glad you like it. All my shows can also be found at my website: teacup.media I welcome you to go check them out.

Did the Ming dynasty army wear song dynasty gear? That’s what lot of people in China say. Is that true?

I'm not sure. That's not my area of specialty.

Had a question about your content. I know you aren't technically a historian, but do you do your own research or is most of your information gleaned from doing business in China?
@ChinaHistoryPodcast2 жыл бұрын
Very little if anything comes from the business side of my life. It all comes from self-study and my own research and learning from others.
