I am a Christian but im not a member of Church of Jesus LDS, but most of their sermons are truly amazing and touching, tells me that doubt and worry can never co exist with Faith, if we have faith in God even if we are bound by problems, sickness and fear, our Hearts will still rejoice in the Lord. I'm not Mormon but I really enjoy listening to this man in perticular speak..I'm not commenting on here to be hateful or to put down your faith even tho i differ but I will listen when a man says that Jesus is the savior and loving God and others is the main commandments that is true no matter your faith..he has a nice voice and presence when he speaks god bless you all and I have a Mormon friend or ladder day saint friend who has been dealing with a lot of personal hardships please pray for him that he will be ok..I was raised partly bsbtist and partly Pentecostal my mother was Pentecostal they have the belief of present day prophecy and prophets so I do have an interest in the Mormon church for that reason anyway forgive me I'm rambling I ask another Mormon to pray for my Mormon friend he's a good man he just has his struggles and pray for me as I have been all over looking for gods teachings I find some truth in many churches I just want god to know I'm trying to do right by him thank you to anyone who reads this god bless you and Mr Holland

I loved this talk from April 2020 General Conference. 2020 has been a beautiful and wonderful year, full of blessings, and love from our Father-in-Heaven. My brother's and sisters, keep the faith, it's ok to have questions. Ask those questions to God with sincere intent. I testify He will answer them, and He loves you. When times get dark in your life, cling to those things that are your spiritual foundation, or spiritual anchors. Remember what Elder Uchtdorf said, "doubt your fears before you doubt your faith..." and to paraphrase Elder Holland from another talk - Even if you only have hope, that is good enough for the Lord to work in you. Fan the fire of your faith. We are all equal, and of great worth to our Heavenly Father. Amen.

I am preparing to go on a mission soon. This is a hard time to be alive right now, and for me it is even harder knowing I am preparing to go halfway across the world speaking a language I don't even know halfway. It often feels like hope is all I have. In my faith, in my recovery from trauma, in accepting the darkness in the world around me. Faith and hope in Jesus Christ and his great atoning sacrifice is getting harder and harder to hold onto. But holding on is all I can do. We will come out on the other side, and by holding onto hope I know I will see you there as well. I feel like I am seeing a glimpse of what enduring to the end really means, with that glimpse I hope to see the blessing and light there waiting for me.

It can be a little scary going halfway around the world. Where are you now and where are you being sent please? There is an app called Babble (not sure on spelling) or cost but it's supposed to be really good for learning a new language. Even if you don't know it all the way, you will pick it up as you go. I was raised in the Mormon church and was a member all my life. Then I went through some bad stuff with my husband and kids and asked to be removed. My story is much too long and sad and horrendous to share here but I want to let you know a better ending to it. Last year about this time, I prayed to God if I should join the church again. 2-3 nights later, 2 missionaries showed up at my door. It was a little after 7 and they were apologetic for the lateness BUT said that they prayed and they felt the spirit tell them to go to one more home. Well, I broke out in tears as my prayer was answered. I'm a member again and it's so nice. I love the church and the teachings and family like atmosphere. You will have families there who will look out for you and love you and help lift you up. What a glorious path you have chosen. I'm proud of you. You will never know just how many lives you will touch as a missionary. You'll start off teaching someone but may be reassigned to another area before they get baptized. It's ok, don't worry about it. It's the quality of the teaching. My favorite missionaries didn't get to baptize me but I will never forget them for their sincerity and love of God and me. I hope this helps you. You can always be like family to me if you want or need a lift up. I have lots of spiritual things happen in my life even though some stuff was bad. I never gave up on God and still prayed. Take care sweet one. ✨🥰✨

Powerful. We may think we are doing okay, and then something sets us off and fear creeps in. We all have mortal experiences that we go through, but we know we can faithfully rely on Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ to help us through whatever trial or challenge we may be facing.
