Who was the one surviving the tornado in mid air praying and feeling peace? I know Matt Suter survived a lifting by tornado but he never said he prayed or felt peace. Dos anyone know who is the Doctor talking about to check it out?

I think maybe what he is referring to is if a person is in the middle of a raging Storm and they feel that this is the end, they will surrender and that surrender is what he's referring to. If you resist your situation you just experienced more of it. I was killed in an auto accident and before the vehicle rolled over I remember a time and space where I was talking to my children and my wife even though it only took one second for that to happen . Once you reach that point then you don't experience trauma, pain, or worry. You just are caught up in the moment
