I’m so happy with the direction Mirar has taken. I remember when Lisette popped up for me and only had like a thousand views, and it shattered my expectations. Then the album threw in so many cool elements, and I’m just amazed. I hope big things happen for these guys.
@casualflight33595 күн бұрын
That riff at like 2:10 on Lisette was on repeat for months when i first heard it. I even posted it in NIks discord when it had like 600 views. Godly riff.
@sirdo9462 күн бұрын
@@casualflight3359 Duuuude same, Lisette came up i think in september-ish of 2023 on my YT, probably had a few thousand views... that riff was just something else. Rare case where you can actually specifically point out to THE riff or piece of a song that genuinely kickstarted the band lol Edit: just checked and i sent their Spotify profile to a friend on 24th september 2023. So i must've known them for at least a few weeks... Lisette dropped 16/07, i think we can literally claim we were there for this band in the first 2 months hahah, crazy

@t.t.2977Күн бұрын
with heavy editing everything is possible. play this live without noisegate, than ur the man. but lets be real its not possible! so in the end its a very fake guitar playing style very unnatural and everybody can do this.
@twyjoshy7796Күн бұрын
@ I’m not a guitar player, more sound design and production for myself, so the cons you listed are fortunately not too relevant to me! I will say that the two of them are quite obviously skilled guitar players but you may be correct that performing their songs live while maintaining the same impact and quality that their albums carry may be difficult or impossible. However I do want to mention that the atmosphere, production, sound design, and the interactions between the different sections of each song speak more to me since it’s like they’re constructing a music puzzle to create a unique environment and listening experience, with each of them wearing every music production and creation hat from start to finish. I do understand why some people value pure technical instrumental skill over other aspects and I think your point is a valid one to bring up, but I have to disagree with your assessment. I hope that you discover more artists that suit your tastes tho! Everyone deserves to enjoy music :)

their music is very much like a classical painting, clear and concise brush strokes of melody where its needed through their classical guitar and piano passages, to their deep thall movements and their riffs that have a chromatic ending to the phrases are where the artist gives a depth of field with some blurry aspects and somehow still having its own definition
