I LOVE my 2017 Mirage G4 5 speed. Gas sipper, dog to the park car. Wife wants me to sell it, I refuse. Its simple, reliable and NOT connected to the internet. Sad they've killed it off.

Fun video...I know these are great cars...you're spot on about the Mirage (I'm driving a 2023 Hyundai Venue Limited...really like it).

My 2017 SE currently has 113k miles on it. Zero oil consumption between 4k mile oil changes and the trans is still very smooth and quiet to this day.

Very interesting/informative video! I'm 71, & I learned alot from u. The way u think is the way ALL should think. ITS JUST TRANSPORTATION! I love a car like that. U park it anywhere & never have to worry. I have a whole new respect for Mitsubishi's now. My only complaint is you're a left lane driver with a slow car. I've owned muscle cars & now own a prius. My butt is ALWAYS in the right lane.😂🤣 And a 2 liter hemi? 🤔🤓 Already sub'd & gave u a 👍

It's a Rockford thing... Best to pick the lane you need to be in to turn or you might not be able to get where you need to go! Besides, the little pink car is usually going faster than other people hahaha. But yeah, the Mitsubishi 2.6L is actually the last true HEMI that Chrysler vehicles had. The newer ones called that are more related to the old poly engines from what I was told. Figures... the Japanese engine is the real deal haha! Thanks for watching!

This year i've bought 2 Mirages... both 21 ES's.... the first from Florida, silver 5 speed for 12500 plus shipping... thing had 7700 miles on it... after some research, the thing had been repoed TWICE!... once within the first 3 months, then it was repoed again after 2 months of ownership... it was sitting around bank lots the rest of the time. Then I just purchased a 21 Blue ES CVT with 27,000 miles and got it for 8 grand... i've already done the services for transmission and antifreeze so it should be good to go. Now I have to decide which one I'm going to drive in the winter (up in Maine)... the 5 speed is in slightly better shape (I think its never been driven in the winter)... or the CVT which looks like it has one winter, but its not too terrible... if I keep the 5 speed for later, perhaps those parts would be hard to get, may get a clutch cable and clutch kit and stick them in the barn. So far great cars, but man the 5 speed is geared too low, but i understand it wouldn't have any torque at highway speeds if it was geared different. You are right, they are like the modern GeoMetro!
