I love the AC series but its really annoying that the storyline is shielded by the DLC. I would love to just be able to play the game and the DLC be fun and interesting side plots not main ones.

It would be cool to have a balance. The DLCs should and must touch upon Assassins Creed themes withouth giving essential parts of the story. Those should and must be in the main game. Odyssey was a mess and Valhalla’s DLC lacks AC themes. Origins was the perfect example, although the modern day plot was kinda short

Pretty sure they are cuts. I heard no breaths whatsoever. Kinda prefer breaths in talks. Makes singing along possible, and of course following along with dialog.

If u work with audio you can hear it more and kinda “see it” (in ur head how u would see the cuts in the program). Some people cut their breathes but forget to keep the “in between”. It’s like this for examples: He recorded this-> “hey *breathes* everybody” Edited it and cut it and left it like this ->“Heyeverybody” But he was going for this -> “Hey everybody” If u work with music and singers you’ll get what I mean. You gotta take out they’re “breathes” but leave they’re lyrics on beat

the reason why you didn't find it is simple, ubisoft had announced that the adventures of the eagle bearer ended forever with the judgment of atlantis dlc, it was also said that the 2 crossovers were not foreseen in the odyssey valhalla projects, here's why there is no trace of the Herodotus papyrus in Origins. I'll also point out how while they were developing Origins, they were also creating odyssey and valhalla at the same time. In the green mountains you can question the oracle who among the many prophecies will tell you two in particular, one concerns a God made flesh who comes from Thera and the other speaks of a staff in which a viper hid and tells lies, staff of Hermes and Aletheia precisely. What is clear is that the first prophecy speaks of an incarnate God and not of a goddess, which suggests that ubisoft had already established who the canon of Odyssey was, Alexios obviously.

I think that Layla looses the staff cuz the assassins didn’t trust her with it anymore, so Valhalla would be about a redemption arc, which would result in her sacrifice to save the world or something
