Trying the Modern Warfare 2 raid mission that was initially released. I really hope they continue on with this storytelling. Feels like you're playing splitscreen campaign with your friends.

Friend, I have some advice for you. Purge those thoughts from your mind. Human males are naturally solitary. The "friends" meme is a false, unreal pretense, really they are all alone and just PRETENDING to have friends, PRETENDING that they are each others friend. Fugglett isn't able to do the pretend thing properly even. He steals loot, he runs people over, he doesn't call out contacts . . . Really, human life for males is one of two things. Solitary pointlessness, or servitude for women's interest. So you need to get your mind in the game, and accept your solitude with pride.

@@chrisredeo4847 spent 4 hours trying to carry my complete bot friends to the finish. After literally about 110 attempts to survive the final push my friend quit the game. We didn't finish. Its not even that hard, my friends are just apparently really, really, fucking bad. The ending is impossible without semi-competent teammates. Toward the end, if your teammates are bots, they will just repeatedly get knocked while you endlessly run around trying to revive them without getting shot in the back. Once they both go down you will just get swarmed by an ungodly amount of AI and/or the AI will plant a bomb near the door that blows up way too fast and instantly makes you lose.

Not just DMZ and Warzone, you can also pretty easily get a pass from an easy daily challenge in Multiplayer or Spec Ops. Passes last for a week.

It’s absolutely asinine that you have to go through any bullshit to play raid. It’s not a good sign of things to come. Cooperative pve is one of the best parts of video games. The loss of co-op campaign is a major downer, and now theyre locking co-op content behind player limits and other requirements.

Their raids are very similar kind of teamwork and puzzle mechanics. If anyone knows any other games like this, let me know! They are a ton of fun, but hard to find.

The crazy thing about this is that yall struggled to figure out the passcodes and still got done that fast. (It also seemed WAY easier to guard the blast doors for you) me and my friends ended up quitting at the blast doors because we had been trying to fight the guys off to open them for like 45 minutes....

You can get through the water part with 2 ppl and restart from the checkpoint. After the restart we spawned as 3 from the next checkpoint on the door.

My dad (62), my brother and I are attempting this (Xbox Ones) and we're struggling. We've been casual gamers together for almost 20 years (starting with Viet Cong on computers). My dad's reflexes aren't as great, so the timed elements are tough, as are the combat waves when we're separated to solve the second set of codes. It's hard. We're trying to figure out how to remember the codes enough to get closer together before each wave of enemies. We keep getting overrun when we're apart and we're definitely more successful when in closer proximity. For that reason, I think there should be the option to not do it in one hit and jump back in at a save point the next day. At this rate, we may not be able to complete it because we have to go through from the beginning each time we have to call it a night.

idk when you recorded that but god damn the bots seemed more op when I played it on release (and there were more of them in first place) at the last code sequence it looked like campaign on veteran with multiple armored guys and bomb drones swarming one after another

Honestly, the only thing that was disappointing to me about the raid was the very short length of it. Obviously it's just meant to be a part of the total experience, but I just see it as another case of pushing out unfinished content. I also wish you had the ability to pick between guns rather than just being stuck with whatever the class comes with by default. You're basically forced to just grab guns from enemies immediately, so why force people into using guns that aren't gonna last the entire experience? Otherwise, it was kind of like a Destiny dungeon, which I actually like very much.
