This is just a theory, but what if Splatoon 4 takes place in what was Ancient Rome? Deep Cut could be hunting for treasures in that area (Keep in mind the Shiver vs Frye vs Big Man Splatfest which Shiver won), with Frye and Big Man getting separated during the expedition. Shiver would then recruit the player to find her missing friends.

Since Team Past Won. I always thought of Splatoon 4 probably have Legends Arceus/Avatar TLA/ Korra vibes. Plus we would be in the age of Ninjas and Samurai’s. We could dive deeper into the Origins of Cuttlefish, Octavio, and The Great Turf War. Literally, Octavio has a Samurai motif with all his helmets and I think Marie worn a kimono in Splatoon 2. Come to think of it. The new game might lean more to ancient Japan but I want Ninjas too.

Message was updated: Maybe a coincidence, but do you think the remaining Splatoon Wii U stages that were not included in Splatoon 3 return to Splatoon 4? Such as Urchin Underpass, Saltspray Rig and possibly the old design of Mahi-Mahi Resort and Hammerhead Bridge? These are just my theories, or am I understanding something wrong? If you want to return to the Grand Festival, just use an Idol amiibo at the amiibo box and it will have the option to remember the Grand Festival. You can remember all 3. First day, second day, and final day. Just know you will not have your splat-tee on, but you can still use all D-Pad emotes. Cheer, Sway, and so on.

I haven't played Splatoon 3 Splatfests since the first couple and I am sad I didn't get to play the Splatfests out of falling out of love with the series for some reason. I have never missed any Splatfests from Splatoon 1 and Splatoon 2. Congrats to everyone! I was Team Callie and Team Chaos. I would have definitely chose Past. Splatoon 1 is the game that truly changed my life. Miss it so much.

I was team present and tbh kinda just feel robbed. I’m happy for past but we literally only had mirror matches for so much of the fest, I went on a 21 match streak of ditto matches where we barely got points, plus we weren’t able to get any 10, 100, or 333 battles, I needed the anarchy cast gold badges and i couldn’t because all I got were conch clashes. I think if the matchmaking was better and didn’t ditto match us we would’ve gotten it no problem.
