The Moment the Opryland Christmas Lights Turned On in the Rain: 2023 Lighting Ceremony in Nashville

Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee is known as one of the most Christmassy hotels in America. It's also the largest Christmas event in Tennessee.
On Thursday, November 9, 2023, Opryland turned on over 5 million Christmas lights to kick off the holiday season.
The ceremony was hosted by WSM radio hosts Bill Cody and Kelly Sutton. In addition to being joined by Santa & Mrs. Claus, guests were also treated to live music from Darryl Worley and friends (including The Isaacs).
Special guests from Children's Miracle Network helped flip the switch on the lights, which also started a beautiful fireworks display over the outdoor nativity scene.
