Yessir...I had a six five super sport impala. it was my first car. canary yellow / black vinyl top / black interior. Bucket seats , center console with the shifter on the floor. 2 speed hydromatic tranny with a 396. I loved that car so much I tore it up twice. first time on the 405 fwy. in the rain. Towed it home and rebuilt the front end. Had it out the shop a month and tore it up again going thru the intersection on a yellow light on Crenshaw and Pico.

Now, ya'll are talkin. We must be from the same area. 92.3 and 100.3 The Beat?!... Eazy's Mood For Love?!... If I'm not mistaken, his last name was Wiggins; Eazy Wiggins. 102.3; KJLH. That was the stuff. Strange thing is... In 1987, I got pregnant listening to Eazy. I happened to be recording on my stereo while he was on the air one night. He was throwin down; servin up all the classics with a few current cuts in-between. The music was so good, my husband (rip) and I made a baby 🥰. As a matter of fact, I still have that cassette tape. I often tease my daughter because I call it my conception tape. 🎶 💋❤️🔥 💯

I'm so glad I came up in the era in which I did. As a matter of fact, the song, Not On The Outside, popped into my head today. But, my favorite song by them is Love On a Two Way Street.
