What we lack as Gen Z/ Alpha is community. I’ve had the luxury of being apart of a hobby called Barbershop Singing - where I can connect with all walks of life old + young, and I honestly think that’s the 🔑 we need to bridge the gap from the old successful people to pass down the knowledge - it’s up to us to break down those barriers as Codie mentioned!

Negotiation is something I've applied to almost everything the last 5 years of my life. You will always be surprised to see how many people are willing to negotiate. My gf used to be shy/ slightly embarrased when I'd tell her to until she saw that 90% of the time it worked.

Well explain thank you for bringing up this video Financial education is indeed required for more than 80% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. The value of the US🇺🇸dollar is declining due to inflation, but it is increasing in comparison to other currencies and commodities such as gold and real estate. I'm worried that rising inflation will cause my 550k in my retirement funds to lose value, But with the help of Mrs Maria I hit 220k this week from my investment of 45k, I am truly grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you have given me over the past few months.

Amazing video A month ago, my partnership of five years came to an end. The choice to break up with the person I love is something that really gets to me. Even though it's all for nothing, I've done everything I can to get him back, and I couldn't imagine my existence without him. I've tried everything to stop thinking about him, but I still can't help but miss him and think about him often. I don't know why I am saying this here.

I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

Codie is so on point about young people's relationship with money. And this really brings me to how it's so crazy that no one around me wanted to talk about the mechanics of money- and that it took me years to finally summon the courage to step into a DA (Debtors Anonymous) meeting to meet fellow people who share my problem - underearning, compulsive spending, among others. Not all of us were fortunate to have a decent upbringing so we have to literally climb from rock bottom.
