Yeah, Fubuki is always upset that Tatsumaki is always stealing her thunder, but I find it kinda wholesome that Tatsumaki is always looking out for her like a good older sister. She even feels when Fubuki is in pain and immediately wraps things up to rush to her side.

Suiryu is a lot like Saitama. Their motivation was the same, they just went in a different direction. Suiryu wanted to just have fun and enjoy his life, and used his strength and skill to win tournaments for the fame and money. Saitama decided to be a hero for fun. The difference is, really, that Suiryu hasn't gotten to the power level that the challenge is gone yet. Or perhaps, because of his motivation, he wouldn't get to that point. Since for him the fighting is a means to an end, where Saitama is using the fighting as the end.

binge-read up to chapter 178 last week as I just couldn't wait until season 3 comes out(which hopefully will be 24 episodes should it even have a chance of covering the whole arc) and man am I HYPED to see that arc animated, so many awesome characters getting the screen time they deserve.

This translation is different than what I am familiar with. I am used to Genos saying, "I baited you into hitting my reinforced skull.", rather than "I had you hit my hard head on purpose." in his fight with the face stealer, and And "He sacrificed his legs to escape?" rather than "Did he leave his feet behind and flee?" It is interesting there's more than one translation. I thought they would ship one translation with the anime.

There's a lot of anime that have separate translations based on what website you watch them on. I always find it interesting because the reaction channels I watch always have separate translations than what I watched. Not to say one is better than the other, just different.

@@Timmycoo If there are different translations, it's understandable that they would be different, knowing how different Japanese is from English. I am barely a beginner in Japanese, but I know a few basics, and it runs a little reverse of what English does. Like "Do you understand Japanese?" would be "Japanese understand?" The question mark is essentially spoken. But if you leave out the spoken question mark, it makes it a statement that the speaker understands Japanese. Generally, they don't use I or you unless it isn't obvious who the person is talking about. I find that it is a more efficient language. But translating seems to be kind of an art. I find the above translations better in the versions I saw than this one, though the latter may be closer to what was actually said in Japanese, the former sounds better in English. At least in my opinion.

@@VIKDR1 Yeah well English is an amalgamation of different languages so it stands to reason that it's not really as efficient. I took 3 yrs of Japanese growing up but I would not say I can understand/speak it fluently. I also agree that a lot of the different translations are better as well. I am not sure if what I watch most of the time is fan-made translations but they always seem to be more impactful and funny. Not to say these are bad by any means. Just preference. Also for shows I really enjoy, I like to re-watch in the dub because it almost feels kinda like a new show if that makes sense. It's funny how different the dub can be to the sub.
