In 1956, the Moonglows appeared at the Armory in Dorchester, Massachusetts (with the Cadillacs, Etta James & Peaches and Jesse Powell and his band). CBS-TV filmed portions of the show for a documentary on juvenile delinquency. The crew shot SILENT footage of the Moonglows that was meant to be used as background in the report- NOT to preserve the group's performance. After becoming aware of the footage in 2009, Harvey Fuqua conceived the idea of dubbing portions of the 1956 Alan Freed Camel Rock and Roll Party broadcasts of "Whistle My Love", "We Go Together" and "See Saw" onto the film so that the audio and video would match reasonably well. Sadly, he died in 2010 before we could attempt the project. In tribute to him, I have completed the project in the way he wished to have it preserved.
