Professor Borcherds is such a pleasant person to listen to, unbelievably smart and yet so clear in expressing himself to the general public; his KZbin channel is a rare gem and is very recommended for any Math enthusiast, they will find interesting content no matter their background. If anyone is interested in more in depth discussions on the Moonlight Conjecture(not a conjecture anymore), you can find a long outline of the proof on Professor Borcherds' channel and another talk focused on the proof and the history behind it on a channel called "The Cartesian Cafe", both highly recommended.

Borcherd's own math review channel is great for serious nerds. You can find whole semesters of content. "Representations of GL2" is his latest. Not too long. I will listen to higher logic, math or physics just for the mental exercise, even if I only understand half of it. The steps and jumps in his argument really show how a maths man actually works.

I have had an itch for math and physics for 50 years. But I found more practical employment ;-) But through 50 years the itch remained in my subconscious. A problem came to mind, about paraconsistent logic and functional analysis ... I thought about it off and on for 20 years, my conception of what is the problem and what is the solution changed all during that time. This is a creative process. This process started 25 years ago, and I got clarity about 5 years ago. It still can be fleshed out more in both directions. Canonical propositional functions. So yes, examine what interests you, but the mystery is where the interest comes in the first place ... I guess curiosity and obsession.

Tables of Function: With Formula & Curves, by Eugene and Fritz Emde Jahnke ... an old Dover book, available in Internet Archive too. The way functional analysis was done in Dr Borcherd's time when he was an undergraduate.
