Making the mortal kombat sequel a masterpiece ideas: • Beginning of movie, bi han, kitana, jade, rain, quai liang, cyrax, smoke and sector as kids accompany shang tsung to meet quan chi in netherlam to take about the possible alliance in order to conqueor earthrealm. Quai liang meets sareena and treats her with kindness, something she has never been given in a long time. Kitana, jade, smoke and cyrax also grow friendly with sareena. While Bi han is cold to it, Rain is prideful of making friends with a demon and sector considers her future enemy who should be crushed. Quan chi scoffs that with Shang tsung having champions like that he is guaranteed to lose all future tornaments. • Shang tsung thus begins the brainwashing against the kids to make them into merciless warriors. However, one prominent clan in earthrealm stands in the way of total domination of earthrealm, the shriya ryu. • On a secret mission, quai liang and smoke meet hanzo as a child and interact and grow a bond with him. • Sareena is able to convince quan chi that she is forever loyal to quan chi, even though she wonders about her life as a permant assain compared to a life of happiness that will include people she became friends with and hopefully love. • Quan chi realizing a possible rebellion from sareena, ends her life. • Make joe taslim play the younger sub zero: Quai Liang. Make him wake up after being in coma for hundreds of years after being in cyrostate due to shang tsung magic and by his own brother freezing him, when he tried to stop his brother from going through with attacking the shirya ryu. Woke up after brother died, ice melted releasing him. Learns about brother’s death, decides to enter tournament to avenge along with lin kuei members smoke, cyrax, and sector. • They are joined by princess kitana, who has a brother and sister like relationship with sub zero. She wants revenge for mileena, even though deep down she knows her sister was cruel and barbaric. • Liu kang is troubled by the death of kung lao and has become more obessed with getting stronger, becoming less friendlier and more stricter with the fighters that enter the tournament. • Shang tsung makes a deal with quan chi to bring back his fighters to life. Unfortunately, Quan chi brings back kung lao as well. In order to create a balanced fight between the realms so there is a better chance for him to reap his rewards, which is whoever dies, they come back as revenants serving him. • Kung lao’s return, makes Liu Kang happy but still obsessed. Kung lao tries to bring his friend back to the way he was before. • Quan chi brings sareena back to life and to enter the tournament to make sure there are high causalties. She enters and meets cole young. After reveling she hails from netherealm, cole summons scorpion and she aggrees to defect to scorpion’s side and help him take over netherealm, even though defying quan chi will result in him removing the magic that stops sareena from turning into a murderous demon. • In the tournament she influences the friends she made and quai liang to spare the opponents they face. Cyrax spares johnny cage, Kitana spares sonya, Smoke spares Jax, and Quai liang not only spares kenshi but helps him recover from an injury that occurred. • Kenshi is a fighter that cole found near the shirya ryu compound wounded and blind. Kenshi was blinded and left for dead by shang tsung, who was seeking a special sword containing the souls of kenshi’s ancestors. Learning through ancient texts, if the shirya ryu being a clan that stood up against outworld invasions. Kenshi sought them out and was found by cole and was treated and trained by cole, scorpion, and ermac. • Ermac souls are made up dishonored souls form edenia including jerrod. They had abandoned their people or like jerrod not being able to take the shame of an inveitable defeat, took their own lives, abandoning their living relatives like kitana to a bad life. These souls were sent to netherlam were they met scorpion. Thanks to scorpion who controlled the fire, the agony of hell was significantly lessened. • Ermac was sent on a mission by shang tsung to capture the souls that kenshi had in his blade that contains the sword. However raiden sent shang tsung to outworld leaving ermac without control. Now completely free, ermac remembered that scorpion had a living descendant in cole young and thus met him and through him met scorpion. Ermac wished to make amends for past wrong doings by fighting for earthrealm including making sure all relatives and descendants are taken care of. Ermac soughts Kitana and Jade and convinces them to join the side of good. Ermac doesn’t trust Rain. • Kitana and Jade try their best to convince outworld fighters like reptile, baraka, sheeva and kintaro to fight on the right side, since outworld ruler doesn’t care and only uses them. • Sheeva and kintaro defect, but reptile and baraka stubbornly stay loyal with outworld and fight against the heroes. Forcing the heroes to kill them. • Iwo uwais should play rain. • Julie estille or since sareena seemed white, make someone like Mackenzie davis or anya taylor joy or Shailene Woodley or Jennifer Lawrence or emma Dumont play her. • Add a lot of character depth into the characters. Make us audience feel their pain and struggle, including their desperation to make the right choice and right strategy. • Also make the hand to hand combat like the raid movies. The beginning and ending fight were great by the way. However keep it like the raid movies with the special powers they have. • Well im sure some ideas will come up, including ideas for johnny cage. I honestly don’t want credit, what I do want is a sequel that’s good. • Do watch the justice league Snyder cut for ideas or inspiration. • Make the movie like 2 hours 30 min or even up to 7 hrs in order to incorporate fights and character story and development and character. Focus a lot on sektor and sub zero rivlary in the fight for the soul of lin quei and to save smoke and cyrax.
