And this is y it annoys me on ppl talking about someones work ethic.. They have there own things they do that no one knows about .. How can you judge Randy on his when you have no idea wt he does unless its on tv ?? Bill Belichick even said randy had great work ethic and is one of the smartest players he has ever coached .. So when ppl talk about randy and say he has no work ethic I call that talking the "analyst way" you just say wt other ppl say

Ok? He might have worked harder than the average person. But compared to a player like Jerry Rice, his work ethic must have been poor, since Rice became the better player, even though Moss was said to have more "natural talent". I think that is what people are talking about when they criticize his work ethic.

Totally agreed Randy Moss. How you said at 2:22 is absolutely right. I like seeing people hurt and being hurt as well. If you’re bent over, out of breathe, sweating like crazy, breathing hard, heart racing, blood pumping, throwing up, etc. those are pure signs of hard physical training getting done 👊

That's only if your'e willing to learn. It's not like reading a textbook or anything. It's learning through pain, fatigue, soreness and day in, day out practice at maximum speed. It's learned through effort!

I think he meant that "you either have it or you don't" on whether you're strong enough and mentality tough enough to learn this type of workout or behaviour. Whether you have the drive and determination to take this type of beat down for the greater good, winning a Superbowl ring.

I knew when Moss was playing with the Vikings in 1998 that he was special. (I'm sure most people realized I obviously meant '98 in my previous post since Randy would have been too young to play in 1988) I agree Laiboy86, that watching Moss workout like this is motivating!

1one4money- Thanks. I had already mentioned in my post that "the Giant's defense shut the patriots down and frustrated Brady." Another reason Eli got a lot of press was because his brother Peyton was a winning qb the previous season. So there was a lot of Manning hype before the SB too. And yes, unfortunately he did get more credit than the defense. He shouldn't have, but he did. Great point that a giants defensive player should have won MVP. (like Osi)

I agree with yfz01. This is a team sport and not only a qb sport. A good example is last season's superbowl. Eli Manning got the glory for the win. When actually, the Giant's defense shut the patriots down and frustrated Brady. There were great plays made by other players. Especially David Tyree's mind-boggling catch. Randall Cunningham's greatest season of his career was with the '88 Vikings when he had Chris Carter AND Randy Moss to throw to.

Moss has been through alot, whether its coaches, teams or teammates. He still puts the work in. I'm not a big fan of this guy but as a football fan I want him to at least get one superbowl ring given the fact that he trains like this every single offseason and you never hear about him getting arrested and doing ignorant things outside the football field. No way he officially retired, he'll be back. When a team like the Colts, Eagles, or even Jets need WR help after an injury, one of them will call him up and he'll change his mind.

running sprints every day sounds like a great way to deplete your output in a given workout. Bodybuilders used to be the same way, 4hr workouts, crap like that. Nowadays, they sleep 10-12 hours every night and work the same body parts no more than every other day. Recovery is huge unless you want your body to resemble a Kenyan 5k runner. I just feel that this workout, while good, could be organized better.
@CHEETAH6914 жыл бұрын
@Azicpok1 I hear what you saying. But I think sometimes, especially in pro sports, the trainers are all former athletes. So they have the knowledge to get the body in shape. They just choose not to follow those same principles for themselves anymore.
