Why is housing so inexpensive in Ft. Wayne? Because, few really want to come here from other parts of the country.. Some have to come here because they can't make it financially in other parts of the country, but FEW come here because they like it!

You would be surprised but homes in Fort Wayne are so cheap because there is so much space for new development. Think about SW go straight down Illinois. Also, they housing market isn’t as competitive as in other states because there are enough places to live for old and new residents
