I just made this recipe, twice... and something isn't right ☹My batter ends up way too thick, I triple checked my measurements on the second attempt, by not only cup measurments but weighing them too. and still has turned out more like a thick pancake than a fluffy cake. The flavour is great, but something isn't right 😢

The batter may vary depending on the yogurt thickness and the size of the eggs. If your batter is getting too thick, you can reduce about 1/3 cup of flour. 😊 Edit: remember not to overmix this batter. Stir gently until just combined, or the cake will become dense.
