[CORRECTION] - As someone born in Hong Kong, and currently living in Macau, that's not a Iron Egg. Iron Eggs are kinda like Soy Eggs where you stew the egg in various spices multiple times then air dried, commonly eaten in Taiwan. They are dark on the outside, but light colour in the inside almost preserving the egg colour (white with yellow yolk). What's in this video is a 1000 Year Egg, or Century egg, and it's done by preserving the egg (usually chicken, duck or quail eggs) in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls for a few weeks or a few months depending on the method. They're dark in the inside with the egg whites turning into a translucent dark brown and the yolk is completely green. They're actually okay and they're overreacting here, I've eaten it a few times, more when I was younger, but it's not something I'd chose to order.

There's such a thing as bird saliva. Usually promoted for beauty drinks and stuffs (popular here in Malaysia). They collected the birds saliva from the nest (birds used their saliva to build up the nest to held it together) so it's super pricy.

In general I feel like children need to be taught that no food is inherently gross and it's always good to try new things and be curious. Of course you can not like the taste of something - we all have our preferences - but at least be open minded about it. (Also you don't have to try absolutely everything - like I'll probably never try Balut, since just looking at it makes me really uncomfortable, but I'm also not judging anyone that likes to eat it) A lot of kids are picky eaters anyways and this content sadly just makes it worse. :( I've been taught to never say "eww" in front of kids, but rather to just say "I don't like it".

I must agree... I used to grow up on chill, calm and goofy Minecraft letsplays that had 200 episodes, 30 minutes each and had nearly no cut-out content. Now if it is not about 8 minutes, cut as much as you can, constant sounds and visuals, noone cares. And they even laugh at all those moronic jokes that are not even funny... The sad thing is that you can't go against the current if you wanna be relevant, so even I had to kinda adapt and accepted that the old "let's chill, have fun and talk for 30 minutes" doesn't work anymore :/

I see groups of kids play everyday. And their idea of playing is just running around screaming. Continuously. FOR HOURS ON END. I once saw a boy whose mom kept replying a silly little song video on the phone before it was even over while he watched and it seemed a bit odd...but at some point she forgot to reply it and the video ended and the boy started screaming at the top of his lungs. Just a very long, very loud scream that stopped once his mom scrambled to hit play again. Just what is happening??

As an elementary teacher, I can tell you that the kids, especially ages 6-8, are constantly screaming now. I mean like..... This is that special kind of scream that only young children can produce. One which is so shrill and so loud that you will hear/feel the insides of your ears cracking apart. In 12 years, that random intense screaming (even in the middle of class) has never been a thing. I hope these KZbinrs' vocal chords callus over soon... FOR THE SAKE OF THE CHILDREN, PLEASE.
