Way more enjoyable to watch you play and genuinely rage. The enemy tracking is what makes the game hard as well, they don’t miss shit lol. Alot of KZbinrs are playing away from the the viewers and getting OP then want to upload after like it’s easy, instead of showing the true rage we go through lmao.

The souls games are most certainly a bipolar experience lol from the news Soulsborne player that finally got to play all of them in the last few months . Loving Elden Ring so far but my GOD did I come to some controller throwing moments lol losing 20k runes to a rat pack after walking back to your place that you died at , then getting that taken away from you cause they decide to get there before you did lol it's a gnarly experience sometimes. Went into that location couple days back where that huge blade machine that keeps going up and down the pathway that the guy drives and guards with , man I lost like at least 10 to 15k in there instantly lol cause I was getting to impatient getting back to my spot where I died. You'll get bipolar moments alot in this series

I love this game but I have to admit something. This is not a masterpiece, the areas are the best ones they have done, the open-world is amazingly good. But my problem with this game is bosses and their combat, mostly every boss has a goddamn tornado-6-hit combo that you cant dodge no matter what, because by the time you dodge the first attack, you will get hit by the other. And the main bosses in this game sucks the fun out of you, except for some. Never had this issue with any of the other souls

I’ve only beaten stormveil castle and just started academy of raya lucaria so please don’t spoil any side or main bosses in later in the game but I can kind of see what you’re saying. Some enemies have sekiro and bloodborne level of attack speeds. I think margit second phase is a good example. His combo with his swords is so fast and comes out very quickly. I just ended up treating most of his attack like aoe attacks which isn’t the most engaging fight. Even a side boss called the royal revenant was annoying. I hear it gets worse later in the game but I’m hoping it doesn’t annoy me too much because I still did love the margit fight.

@@sadbearsfan1603 Dont worry I wont, but exactly, its like the bosses are playing bloodborne and I'm stuck with dark souls gameplay, the other FromSoft games were hard but very fair, you could dodge every move, but with this game, I never felt like I was getting better. Just some bs moves and one-hits. Its like they are punishing pure melee builds, and pushing you to use magic and summons, which were available in other souls games, but you can do either way. Margit is an amazing boss, but I was just left disappointed with some of the main bosses, and their design, and was like "thats it". the best bosses in this game are optional, so make sure you explore a lot

@@noodle7725 that sucks since I’m using the guts sword and was thinking of dual wielding another ugs once I got enough endurance. It looks like they balanced the bosses around summons which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I just think it kind of takes some of the fun away. Bosses in souls games have always been learning about patterns, gimmicks, and when to punish. Almost like a fighting game. When you summon all that kind of goes aways and you’re just left hitting the boss and running away for the occasional heal or to replenish stamina. Summon does bring its own kind of fun though so I’ll have to finish the game before I make a final opinion.

Not against/pro Quantum's take on Elden Ring. The mistake he made was commenting his experience with the DS community as part of his review, of course they are gonna jump on him. Review are suppose to judge just the game, nothing else. His unspoken point behind “Games that aren’t for everyone shouldn’t be made” probably is "Games as a 'for profit' product should be made to appeal to as many as possible." Had he stated that, it wouldn't have blown up in his face because, neutrally speaking, that is a fair point. Finished the game after 120 hours. It’s definitely an OpenWorld masterpiece. Now doing NG+ and respec’d my character and going in areas I missed, since by the time I got to the Mountain of The Giants and The Capitol, I was just rushing. Trying to close quest-lines, get answers, and finish the game.
