It's really funny. I'm pretty sure reason this got recommended to me is because I just watched a girl who used to work at BuzzFeed identical video on this. She used to make those crazy Tasty videos like the lasagna dome. She actually made this particular monstrosity and she gave the tea. My idea is this … we live only a short time so the occasional fun treat is well … FUN! However, health wise - I’d make my own marshmallows according to the Keto lifestyle using erythritol as the sweetener as the product does not spike insulin levels and can be used by diabetics. As I said, this is a once a year treat maybe for someone’s birthday or a special holiday & only created from scratch, keto method. The sugar level is INSANE!!! 🥴 I’m on a mission towards transferring these kinds of deserts into keto and sugarless variations. The cake looks pretty so I’ll definitely give it a try on a day off with nothing to do. It’s definitely a challenge!
