@@walkersmith2791 As far as I know, RI and the Great Russians invented Peter 1 in 1721, before that the state was called Maskovia (formerly Tataria) did you know about this? In the Kremlin under Ivan, Tatar, and not Russian, was the third official language. At about the beginning of the 19th century in St. Petersburg, the nobility spoke French, and Russian was considered the language of the plebeians. The modern Russian language begins with Pushkin, and if you look at Vasmer’s etymological dictionary, it’s easy to see that about a third of modern Russian words are derived from Tatar roots. ..and only in / 1721 after the defeat in the Battle of Poltava, Hetman was sucked into the masked kingdoms and Peter 1 took its name ancient Rus (Russian in Greek), history and stated that it had rights to Kiev as an assignee Since then, appeared on the world map a new empire, which for a very long time was not taken seriously and was not recognized but Corruption and Siberian sables did their dirty deed over time and the World accepted this, but not the Ukrainians. Until the 17th century, no one in the world knew about any Russia =) the main thing is that the name of the city is German aphahaha =) well, all foreigners built it =) ahahaha it's like the ancient cities of Russia like Keniksberg =) the history of Russia is a heap of many centuries of lies and fantasies of the authors who composed it =) everything is falsified there! from beginning to end =) I would say that Russia is a fake country) even Christmas and then through the ass !!! not December 25th as in the whole world !!! and on January 7, and some even on the 14th !!! what nonsense! the creators of the architects of the German city, they did not even know any so-called Russian language, even more so they did not suspect that after 300 years a certain population named Alina would consider all this as their original Russian =) ahahahaha this is all the land of Sweden. Just like Kaliningrad, these are the lands of East Prussia occupied by the Moscow Empire, and the population there is not indigenous, but ratchets. Russia is the Horde named ALIN) Allah akbar! =)))

Muscovy was officially renamed to Russia by imperial decree in 1721. The ethnonym “Russian” was entrenched even later - only at the end of the century, when Tsarina Catherine II “ordered” the Moscow people to be called the “Russian people” and forbade him to use the name “Muscovites”.
