THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN ARMENIA | Tatev Monastery

If you travel to Armenia, you absolutely cannot miss Tatev Monastery! It is in the most southern part of the country in some of the most stunning landscape. While you can drive to the complex, it is definitely worth it to take the Wings of Tatev cablecar (currently in the Guinness World Book of Records) so you can have the most spectacular view of the area. This is definitely the most beautiful area of Armenia that I've seen so far on my trip, so I hope you don't miss it when you visit! xx

Armenia is so fascinating to me. So many of those monastaries are so old. It's interesting, the decorations on the stone remind me of Celtic design. Perhaps it was the Celts of Great Britain who borrowed the design. I am also amazed by the canyons and hills of this region. Thank you for the video.

If you ever go back to this place....there are several guesthouses there, at least a few of them are more like an intimate homestay where you are more like a family guest than a hotel guest. I saw a video from one and it would really be an opportunity for you, with your linguistic status, to really excell in an "inside rural Armenia "type of a video.
