Now we are talking. This is very beautiful. The color palette flows, beautiful colors, no clashing wood tones or tiles. Cabinets are positioned in great places, and that sun room is spectacular! And the French doors off the back! Absolutely gorgeous! I would love one like this . 🤗❤️

Oh my gosh, this is a beautiful tiny home with a well thought out design. The enclosed porch is everything!!!. The only thing I don't care for is the banjo counter top in the bathroom, I prefer a space saver over the toilet.

Now that’s a beautiful home with all the space being where it’s important like kitchen countertops. I am so over the fad of cold white cabinets & I never understood a large front deck with a roof that you can’t use the space most of the year. This is perfect!

I agree about the color of the cabinets! I miss the wood cabinets that used to be popular. Not the light oak, but I do love this color. Easier to keep clean! And I love the walls and the tones are beige not stark white. This is very, comfortable and peaceful.

Perhaps as important to me as the beautiful tiny house, is the beautiful tiny house park. I’ve seen so many beautiful tiny houses on this channel and others, where the place they are located in a crummy grassless bit of earth with no landscaping or even just trees around the tiny house. One negative of the tiny house movement is that there are limited places where you can park your tiny house. Unless you’re lucky enough to have land of your own or of a friend, you’re often left to put it in a featureless mobile home park that is little than more a parking lot. The park pictured in this video is beautiful, with homes respectful distances apart, and filled with trees, shrubbery, flower gardens, and even a water feature. You can have the most beautiful tiny house, but unless you have a beautiful place to park it, you’re missing half the experience and pleasure of tiny house living. IMHO.

Absolutely beautiful. The loft wouldn't work for me as I can't do stairs, but if I was building a home I'd make it bit longer and have an extra room for storage or guests. Also, I would install retractable screens for the doors on the back (off bedroom) to keep bugs out but still let air in.

We all like to tweak.. I'm not a fan of a big house kitchen in a tiny space, I'd be chopping it short. If I want bench space I'll have pullouts. This is a lovely home, I'm particularly impressed by the vista's from one end of house to other. Gives a spacious feel, and what a little honey is that sunporch!

These tiny homes would be way more appealing if the roof on the loft section would just be higher so a normal person could just stand in there. It would still be a tiny home if you had a vedroom that was adequate

Everything are so nice. For me, since i already have closed porch in the front. I dont like the open door in my bedroom. That is my private room. Id rather use that space for my bedroom.

Very beautiful and I was telling my friend I read the bio and the second I seen the word fishing I thought that it was a dream but very pricy I believe. Ppl don't have that kind of money to stay somewhere like that for that price these days. If only it was cheaper I'd be up for a week anyway but a hundred and $80 a night there ain't no way I could ever afford to stay there even a week

I really wish you would have showed the entire home properly. You didn't show the entire loft guest bedroom at all. You showed at least a dozen angles of the living room & kitchen that was totally unnecessary to show that many. You also showed over a dozen outdoor area's from different angles way too many times. Do a better job next time please.

I’ve seen enough tiny home videos to know exactly what that loft looks like. You can kind of see through the railing. It’s pretty basic . I like that it’s gabled, I hate a flat roof.

These kind of plans dont use the space under the stairs. Dont understand why. Its Nice. But I like when the plan includes the more smarts old way of thinking, not just the good look. Every home needs a place to hide away cleaning "things" Christmas decorations etc. If you need to rent a space for the mop, waccum its kind of sad to call this a home.

Don’t know if you’ll get an official answer from the channel, but my educated guess would be ‘no, the sunroom is not included in the square footage’. This is actually a slight variation of a pretty standard floor plan for Park Model Mobile Homes/RVs that I’ve seen before - without either porch included. The square footage has always been listed as between 398-400 sq. ft. (without the porches). This is, by far, my favorite floor plan for these models, but seeing it with the porches took it to another level! ❤️ Hope this is helpful!
