How bizarre. Hi Leann. At first I thought it might have been a box they shipped to you to replace the box they lost a month back. Not sure how they could screw up this months but it looks like they did. I hope you got it straighten out. If they want you to send back the products I would keep one of the quads and sell it. Normally I would be opposed but man can they really screw things up. How you going in this heat? I can't believe I went this far without a air conditioner or fan. Its been very difficult to say the least. I guess Monday and Tuesday it going to be cooler and by Wednesday its going to get up in the 90's all again. I would definitely be contacting customer service and am so sorry that this happened. I appreciate your knowledge of ingredients. I think I had trouble choosing this month, too. My power pick was fab sunscreen and looks like I picked Miel scrub. Again, thanks for the ingredient tip. As for know, I have seen it but my thought it is too similar in packaging to one of key soulcare products and thought it was a cooycat

I should have taken that as my sign that boxy charm never be as good as their glory days in the beginning 😭
