2 years ago I went to the doctor due to low energy and got all types of bad news. Having two young kids I knew I needed to make a change. I was 310lbs, and I started walking/running to now running 5 days a week. I am now 240lbs and feel absolutely amazing. No more bad news!! I lift weights as well and started to ride a road bike recently. Cardio has been great, but it started with running This is a great video. Thank you!

Xterra Germany will be my big goal for next year and my first xterra allover. i knew i would have to train hard for it, but now i know i will have to train even harder. great pictures, honest words. aprecciate your content so much. thx for all the ttl stuff you do. despite you're pros, in your contend triathlon really feels like a lifestyle, a happy lifestyle and not just hard work, what it definitely is, but as i said, it is also fun and you remember me of that.

Great vid Eric and thanks for the recaps of both races. The off road footage looked rocky/scarey. You were smart not to "bomb" down those downhills, which could result in broken bones & teeth. Nothing wrong with top 5 dude, the Europeans had the "home court" advantage.

I hope you cover the after party in the pod! I’m randomly interested since you mentioned it as “legendary” with a smirk. The short course looked super fun and crowd friendly but not much opportunity for passing.. seem pretty frustrating when it seemingly leaves you to only be able to pass once your on the run.
