This is a run of the Randomizer Category That means, A mod of the game that randomizes a few different things, different games have different things that are random, but usually enemy spawns are random, items drops are random and sometimes rooms are random too, in re4 the merchants inventory and prices are also randomized.
This run was done on the Professional Difficulty The hardest difficulty in Resident Evil 4, Professional difficulty means much higher damage taken and quicker enemy responsiveness, as well as less resources and in the remake higher merchant prices, the original game pro removes difficulty adjustment from the game but this is not the case for the remake.
