Bertucci field watches with fixed lugs really benefit from a good Perlon strap. Ever since I put mine on a Eulit it has gained a regular place in my rotation, and has become my go to watch for mountain biking. A 20mm Eulit fits the 19mm Bertucci lugs just fine.

Bertucci had an older model version for $39 last year on their official site which I bought. It is nice, especially for the price, but I missed having a date so I bought their titanium lumed dial one with date.

I think I like those even more than their $55 dollar ones. I think the "tan" strap on the brown watch is the better option, at least in casting the video onto my TV. You won't see the guy next to you ( if we ever leave our houses again) wearing the same watch I don't think.....unless he also subscribes to your channel!

Hello Marc. I think it's the same case material as in my A-3P. Very light and wears like a glove from the shape of the lugs. I must say they are some tough watches and takes a beating without missing a beat,, I am a mechanic on city buses so it's a harsh enviroment.

A great deal, but it looks like there's going to be an inch or two of surplus strap poking out from the keeper for a lot of "medium-wristed" people ... blowing in the wind or lolling like a dog's tongue. I've gotten quite good at shortening my NATO straps at home, but they are nylon (fuseable by heat) ... not a nice cosy canvas ...

This comment is fascinating, and since you use your real name as your handle, I can look it up. You purchased a Spinnaker Fleuss in May of 2019. I checked your order number, and your email address, there is no communication from you. So if you were dissatisfied, you kept it to yourself, which you shouldn't do, as I make everything right. The only communication I can see is a 3-star review, which to me wouldn't indicate a horrible experience. Sorry your experience was less than stellar, but if you have a problem, speak up, and we will make it right.

I had an experience with a watch that had an issue; I contacted Marc and he gave me a complete refund, no questions asked.
