Spraying the track will cut down on wrecks as well. In the last 2 seasons I think only 3 tracks had the timing system that they couldn't adjust to prevent guessing.

Not really... it's really more about how they have their photo cells setup up than taking the amber bulbs out of the .400 Pro Tree. Or is NPK playing with the .400? If they are, they'll probably tighten it up for the next round... then look for a lot of guessers to see red.

This can be fixed easy in my opinion, just go to pro tree and eliminate the bs. Not racing on a street anyway, so the instant green is irrelevant at this point. It makes it about who is the better guesser, and not the better driver, with the faster car. Pro tree would eliminate all this stupid drama, although the ones making the decisions want the drama, so good luck. Your 100% correct, there wasn't 1 red light all day Friday and up to the 3rd round on Saturday till one of the small tire guy's went up to Boosted and talked to him about it, I was watching the live feed and heard them talking, as their talking one of the 7.90 car's leave and gets 30 ft out and he doesn't go red and he's like going to Boosted " did you see that " Boosted walked away towards the Tower but the Camera didn't follow him so I can't say for sure but the next round of 7.90 car's someone finally got a red light.

@@nelsonzulch the issue with it is at like 2 seconds (this would be about the max) but even that's a while to be on the button, it's now so short that if you mentally track the time you know you can let go of the button at a certain count and never worry about going red. Two things work the easiest is of course a pro tree. The other is a tire crack rule but that that opens it up for debate/opinion. At this point it's not about "street racing" it's just no prep that is why a pro tree is the way to go. Currently they supposed to wait for the green then react. Some are guessing and it's a BS way to try and beat a better car/driver.

Turning the blower shaft instead of the crankshaft with the long-handled ratchet wrench may have been the culprit? Idk just stoned and guessing lol.......but Engine turns the blower If the blower turns the engine may stress the shaft tip (giggity) plus the previous pulley debacle Keep up the great work 504 in the shit!

I remember when cutting a good light was part of racing. Wait, it still is. I watched 6 hours of racing at the track yesterday and aside from a couple cars, every single person tried to cut/guess the light. It’s racing, it’s legal and everyone does it.

Race control? You talking about the guys in the tower? They don't have a say in it. In the rules the light was green and isn't a jump. It's why most of the tracks don't have the timing system that prevents the guessing but unfortunately not every track has that ability

My thinking though is if the racers themselves have cameras that record every stinking angle of the race from their point of view, then the tracks should be able to watch the race for such matters. For a track to be sanctioned by the various racing series there must needs be consistent timing and scoring. In that equipment there should be the ability and technology to record the Starting Line events. Remember these guys aren't going to mom and pop race tracks for these events. They are going to national tracks. So yes, Race Control should exist in some form and manner. I really don't think these teams are going to race in a series that pays out $30k to $40k per race for first place and there isn't some sort of timing and scoring, race control.

There was obviously a issue with the red light, I watched one of the 7.90 car's get about 30 feet out before the green and didn't go red and it appears some of the drivers knew it because that's the first time I've seen so many people guessing, after a couple people said something to Boosted on Saturday near the semis someone finally caught a red light.

If we had a blower car in eliminations we would always let them do their burnout first, and we would go really slow backing the car and staging so the blower car could make heat and more horsepower, sometimes it helped and other times it helped the blower car make a amazing pass, we only did it because we were out horse powered and them having to abort a run was our only chance at winning, we would always be a tenth and half behind

DUDE, this is supposed to resemble street racing conditions. NO PRO TREE, TOO BORING! KYE took the street racing tricks like a champ, all mellow and cool 😎. Using "The Force" or counting down on the light to gain an edge is TRADITIONAL methods in winning races. People have been doing these actions since the 1950's with the Moonshiners racing. Even Kye has counted down on the light to gain an edge. This is why Scott Taylor cried about Kye's wins on the street sometimes in the past. They didn't speak or hang for awhile because of this. This is No Prep racing that facilitates street racing conditions, so very entertaining to watch. Pro Street lights are boring, just my opinion. I've never operated timing systems before, but isn't there a variant in the computer that allows the delay from staged - green to be changed? What if that was changed periodically/randomly throughout the rounds. It would make it real tough to guess when you have no idea what the count is going to be from pass to pass. I wouldn't think it would be hard to change by whoever is in the tower since done through a computer. Again though, I've never ran the tower stuff so idk.
