Daddy Dave has been around the game for a long while now.. I’m sure not much,if anything gets past that man’s eyes! Good looking Dave! This video show the entirety of the racing family at its finest and how they work together in competitions like these. I’m truly glad to have been able to meet you guys and see what’s it is like in person! You can’t ask for a more humbling experience in my opinion

It's not pull your shoes off sticky but it does get some tack on the starting line with heat and rubber from burnouts. Same way we could start out on a completely virgin street one night and by the time you send several pairs of cars down, the groove is gonna start getting sticky. It's not the same as a prepped track but it's not a virgin surface either. These track surfaces have residual glue that will come to the surface with some heat and fresh rubber added even if they've been completely scraped. Some get better than others.

@@jasonmcaninch It's not remove the prep either. Short of tearing up the whole track and relaying it you're never going to get rid of all the previous prep. A fully prepped track is far, far stickier than that as Kye says.

The title of this series is a big joke. You can't get a car of this caliber to run a quarter mile in 4 seconds or less without a LOT of preparation. I don't think I've ever seen a time slip so I'm guessing at the time But I'm not far off. Eighth mile.
