The MOST DANGEROUS camp in PALESTINE! (BALATA CAMP)

Join me as I visit one of Palestine's known to be dangerous refugee camps for the day. When I first arrived in the West Bank, I often heard many people say that Balata camp was among one of the most dangerous camps in the West Bank. Some mornings we would often get word about a shootout that happened between IDF soldiers and Palestinian resistance groups or sometimes between locals in Balata. I had some locals and foreigners tell me, it's important to visit Balata and some people tell me it's not worth the risk. Sadia and I, and some of our friends decided to go anyways with the help of a friend who had family living in Balata and could show up around. Balata isn't the place you would want to go by yourself without someone local. So come along and see what the environment is like, and why it's known to be dangerous, but also stay and listen to me chatting to some locals!

The most wonderful human being I met in my life was from Balata camp. I hope one day justice will be served for all palestinian, if any level of justice can ever compensate for the crimes committed against the Palestinian people.

Why called it camps when there are not tents, but are apartments made of bricks. Even Hongkong had small apartments and people are renting only beds in HongKong.
