For the husband, receive the promise like Abraham did for his son, and from then on just thank God that you ALREADY have it! And don't speak otherwise (take the example from zacariah, God made him mute for a while because he would be speaking the contrary to the promise). There are hundreds of promises in the bible, plenty of them about having a Godly family. Search, receive and preservere! ❤

I just turned 24. I have always been single. Ive been praying for years to find a good women to come into my life. I'm watching every last friend get married, engaged, having kids, and them starting a business. It is very difficult to maintain faith after all this time waiting. But I continue having faith that it will come about when it is time. Being in the waiting room is still very difficult at times. Especially when something good or bad happens and you have no one to come home and share it with. I pray wherever my future wife is that she is doing great things and has faith that God will eventually connect us.

Thank you for this sermon pastor. Just want to share something, I was in the waiting season . I was praying and begging to God everday last year to change my work situation. Then I had the feeling that God was telling me to wait on him. In October I found this job advertisement that was perfect for me and applied. In Novemer a pastor had a prophetic word for me saying "You are praying to God to change your work situation, he hears your prayers and see's you. Trust in him. In December you will have this new Job." And guess what?! In December I actually got this new Job. I was so overwhelmed & grateful. God is so faithful. I just want to encourage you guys. Waiting on God is hard but its definetely worth it. And now I have so much peace knowing that God's timing is the best. I do not have to worry about anything. Thank you Jesus ❤ I'm not a native speaker, so please don't judge me for my English.

Your testimony seems to have been aimed at me. It's different years but same experience. Me it's this year 2021, l badly want to change work environment. I had applied to a job that was matching my qualifications, told everyone about it but negative energy from people took that away from me, l felt that chance go. Then l asked God, where will l find another job that matches this one? But after some weeks, a friend called me at first l was hesitant to pick up because l thought he wanted to disturb me and l wasn't in the mood, but then my Spirit told me to pick up and guess what? He was telling me of a job advertisement that was perfectly matching my qualifications, l was amazed by God. I applied on 26th Sept and the deadline was 2nd Oct. But since then and now l was waiting on God but last week my Spirit told me that God has got that job sorted for you just wait. So am waiting, surprisingly today morning l have woke up and as l was worrying another day at a place of work l didn't like, my Spirit told me loudly "ANOTHER DAY TO TRUST IN GOD" am so energised by these words that l wanted to write them everywhere. But l am waiting on God, l trust Him for his perfect timing.

Great testimony but I want to state to not focus too much on prophetic words. If it comes true, then you know that person was correct. Until then, take prophetic words with a grain of salt (do not take them too seriously/ as truth).

God's timing never fails. 🥰 Way before the doctors came out with the lab results that I had early stage cervical cancer, while I was waiting nervously, God spoke to my heart and said _"everything's going to be okay"_ And when the devastating news finally broke, instead of complaining "why me, God?" I said "why not, God." Cause I know humans can disappoint me, but God will never disappoint me. I trust 100% in his timing and I accepted the challenge. So I turned to God and prayed. I asked to many ppl to pray for me as well. When I had cancer, I was terrified. I didn't know how to wait or how long should I wait until either it gets worst or it gets better. Then the day came when I had done the first surgery. After that 1st procedure had passed, the oncologist still said that I needed to do another surgery to get rid of the precancerous cells. I was sad, but I kept going and praying to God. Honestly, the first surgery seemed like a walk in the park, but the second surgery felt scarier because I had to be under full anesthesia, and my mind wandered if I will be okay. Once again I turned to God and prayed. Luckily, the 2nd surgery went very well too. But the pathology test was taking a long time to come back. And so you start to wonder again, _how long would I need to wait for the results and would I need to do a third surgery?_ Then, I ask myself these questions multiple times, _did the operation got all the cancerous cells out? Am I finally healed? How long must I wait to heal? When can I start to think and plan to have babies? Is it even possible to still have babies?_ And after two months of waiting, finally the results came back a day after my birthday. The oncologist finally told me that I was cancer-free. Isn't that the best gift God gave on my birthday? *The gift of life, a second chance.* So, the conclusion is, waiting is hard and it sucks to have uncertainties, but at the end it is all worth it because it's in God's timing not ours. 😊❤

Thanks for the message. During my waiting period, God wants me to trust Him and learn to be thankful in the season I find myself. He's wanting me to stay focused on Him and not be consumed with what I want or need. He's also shown me some things in me that could be a potential dream killer. For example, lust, insecurities, lack of self-confidence, and fear. Thank you, Jesus, for this period of waiting. I rather you work in me now while I wait than get married and find out that my brokenness will ruin that man and our relationship. I KNOW you are preparing my husband as you are preparing me. Consider this: What if you die and because you decided to believe that there was NO GOD despite all the evidence proving such things that Jesus was real and all the stories, prophetic truths, etc...........and you end up in the lake of Fire for eternity to feel pain for ever. Or you can take a chance and put a little faith in God (as scary as it may seem right now) and die and discover that He is real. And you have eternal life in a new world of abundance happiness. It's up to you, no one is forcing you to believe a thing. But what is compelling is, you came onto this page to try and push your narrative that he doesn't exist. If he doesn't exist and you're convinced of such a thing, then why are you so triggered by other people believing in HIM? If you don't want to believe in God, that's okay. That's your decision. It's unfortunate, but I cannot concern myself with someone who doesn't want to learn truth. But I think you being on this particular page is telling the world that you do want the truth about GOD. Greetings, My life has been so much miserable for 8 years now. First my academics, then my family started facing financial crisis, then my father got sick, we struggled financially again, even today me and my family isn't able to overcome that, I graduated from college last year and still unemployed, I have an elder sister, she's also facing problems in getting a job, I have been preparing for govt jobs since last year, but keep on failing and failing, not being able to clear the entrance exams for higher education, love life is getting one sided day by day... “Gods timing is designed to teach you to trust” this couldn’t be more relevant to my life now. I have been a wishy washy “Christian” my whole life. I never have put in the work for a relationship with God, but I have never had doubt or fear of what comes next until a few days ago. I have everything I could ever want. So I thought. Right as my life hits a new high (great job, family, friend’s boyfriend) I felt it all just shatter inside of me a few days ago. Why am I here? Is God even there? I’m wrestling with horrible anxiety surrounding those questions, but some force drew me to life church today and I went alone and sat through this entire service today. I feel God wants me to rely on him and have a relationship with him. Has anyone felt this way before? I’m new to having a REAL relationship with God and could use advice.
